Team/Group training includes…

·       Small group training 5-10 athletes (i.e., golf, tennis)

·       Full team training (i.e., basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, football)

·       Leadership groups (high school & college athletes)

·       Tailored content to your sport and level

Great teams involve athletes who when working together perform at a level higher then their individual talents would indicate. Every team is a combination of unique and important individuals. Coming together to perform as one unit takes time and intentional efforts. This takes time, patience, and practice.
