Brett Nichols Ph.D.

Brett has been coaching for 25 years at levels of sport from youth to collegiate in multiple sports.  Brett spent time as a full-time college basketball coach and he has worked with NCAA Division I, II, and III programs in both the women's and men's games.  Brett has also coached golf and track & field at the collegiate level.  He has a PhD in coaching/sport psychology and has been a college professor in the areas of coaching, leadership, sport psychology and athlete development for more than a decade. As a coach educator Brett has worked with thousands of coaches across the country and internationally in Canada, Europe, and China.  As an expert in athlete development Brett has worked with thousands of high school and college athletes in nearly every sport. 

Brett has experience working with individuals, small groups, teams, and with athletes in large assembly settings.  With Momentum Coach and Athlete Development, Brett does 1 on 1 and small group training with athletes in the areas of athlete development, mental skills, and performance enhancement.  Brett works with individual coaches, coaching staffs, sport programs, and entire athletics departments helping coaches hone their craft, learn new techniques and tools, and increase their ability to get the most out of their athletes
